Here we go again.

US Cellular event: Rescheduled to 10-20-07.

There were some confilcting schedules and miscommunication.

Event Update

Last weekend was a great experience. We all had a great time fellowshiping with everyone at Pine Valley. We are excited about doing the US Cellular event this coming weekend (weather permiting). Remember to come out and join us between 10am and 2pm this saturday (9-29-07) at Shallotte Crossing (In front of Western Auto and the old Jones buiding) There will be free food, music, and prizes.

 Continue to remember Christie’s family in your prayers. Her father is home from the hospital but it is going to be a long road to recovery. Her Grandfather is still not doing well and they still feel that he is in his last days.

All things are possible, if you believe God for it!!

Hello to all….I am so excited to be a part of this praise band! It gives me an awesome opportunity to share God’s Word to all types of people. I love the Lord with all my heart and no matter what trials we may face in this life God has a purpose for each of us. It is up to us to pursue our dreams and know that as Philippians  4: 13 says; “I can do ALL things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Never let Satan rob you from pursueing your dreams. Make your request known to God and state your vision. If you believe in God, and yourself you can do anything. I could not play and sing music for hundreds of people, ushering in the very Spirit of God  by myself. I had to believe God and step out in faith. He has shown me that if I lean on Him all things are possible!

Welcome

Welcome to our blog. To get everyone up to speed there are some events coming up.

This coming Saturday (9-15-07) We will be playing at Shallotte Crossing from 10am to 2pm. US Cellular was nice enough to ask us to participate in their customer appreciation event. There will also be free food and prizes and stuff. It should be a lot of fun. Hopefully the weather will be cooperative.

The following Saturday (9-22-07) we will be playing at Pine Valley United Methodist church in Wilmington, NC. This is for the Anual “Celebrate Recovery Jamboree”. There will be several other bands, free food, etc. We did this last year and had a great time.

Tennatively we are scheduled for October 21’st (which is a Sunday night) to play at Living Word Full Gospel Fellowship in Leland NC. This is Christies mothers church. I’ll post more info about this as it gets closer. 

 Also , pray for Christie’s family. Her father is in the Hospital and coming home soon but was told that he would be paralized from the waist down for the rest of his life. Her Grandfather was just sent home from Hospice. His heart is functioning at a very low percentage and he has had a heart attack and a couple strokes in the last few weeks. They arent expecting him to hang in there much longer. We appreciate all the prayers and support.
